Dear Members,
I’m sure your as excited as we are following the latest government announcement on the ‘Roadmap to Reopening’.

We wanted to make you aware that this latest update means we will be making some changes to operations within the club.

The care of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority and we will continue to take their safety extremely seriously.
That is why; after the 18th of this month we will be continuing with the following precautions:

• Perspex safety screen will remain in place at reception
• Sanitiser will still be provided around the facility for members & staff to use.
• Staff are welcome to wear face masks if they wish (as are members) but these will no longer be mandatory.
• We will continue with our enhanced cleaning regime.
• We will continue to encourage members to clean there gym equipment before and after use.

However:
• All social distancing markers around the club will be removed.
• All non-relative Covid signage will be removed.
• Gym equipment previously removed will be put back in action.
• Any restrictions on occupancy levels will be removed.

We will be closing at 1:30pm on 18/07/2021 to allow the staff to prepare the club for these changes.

Thankyou for taking the time read this update.

Kind regards,
The Palms Leisure Team 🌴
