The Joining Process

How do I join?

Please feel free to call us on 01262 400672, call into the gym or simply click HERE for online membership.

 

What do I need to join?

If joining online you will need your bank details. If joining in the club, you will need bank details or cash dependent on the membership you choose.

 

How old do you have to be to join?

16 years old.

 

What happens if I have a problem trying to join online?

Please visit the club, or contact us on 01262 400672.

 

Can I pay cash?

Yes on initial sign up but must be annual or direct debit.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

All members who wish to cancel their membership must do so in writing giving 28 days notice.

 

What are your opening hours?

7:00 am – 9:00 pm weekdays and 8:30 am – 5:30 pm weekends.

 

How do I check in?

Simply bring your membership card and use the swipe system. Non members just ask for a member of staff to assist.

 

Is there a car park?

Yes, there is ample parking.

 

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, we have separate male and female changing rooms along with shower, hair dryer and toilet facilities.

 

Do you have a sauna, steam room & jacuzzi?

Yes.

Do you have a water fountain?

Yes, we have a water fountain available and a range of products including protein shakes and isotonic drinks that can be purchased from inside the club.

 

Do I have to pay for lockers?

No. Our lockers require a padlock, they are available to purchase in club or alternatively you may bring one from home.

 

Will I get shown round on my first visit?

Of course. A member of staff will show you all the facilities available to you and answer any questions you may have.

 

Is the gym staffed?

At least 1 member of staff will be available at all times.

 

Will there be an induction?

Yes, we will show you how to use all the machines and facilities.

 

How big is the swimming pool?

We have a 12.5M swimming pool which is 1.1M at the shallow end and 1.4M at the deep end.

 

Is personal training available?

Yes, please ask a member of staff who can design a program tailored to your needs. Pricing may apply. Please ask for more details.

 

What equipment do you have?

Our gyms have some of the very latest equipment. There is a fantastic array of cardio equipment, a free-weights area, a great functional training space and much more.

 

Do you have classes? Do I need to pay/book?

Aqua Fit Class on Monday at 12pm & Friday at 10am.

Members £5, Non-Members £6. No need to book.
